Over the past couple of years, we’ve done our best to let you know what we’ve been up to. We’ve sent out emails, printed publications, recorded PSAs and hosted town halls. And what I always like best about these communications is when I get to hear from you.
Some of the most innovative ideas we use in state government, we’ve gotten from Marylanders writing and calling in. And now, with the internet, social networks like twitter, facebook, youtube, flickr and Skype, we have the ability to connect like we never have before.
We’ll continue to do our best to keep you informed of what’s going on around Maryland, but we also know that people connect in different ways than they did before. That’s why tomorrow, we’re launching a new monthly OneMaryland email with interactive features. We don’t want to inundate you with emails. We want to provide you with information and more importantly, we want to hear what you have to say.
