Following an Executive Order issued in 2011, State agencies conducted a comprehensive review of all regulations to identify those that could be revised, repealed or streamlined to enable economic and job growth.  Thanks to the help of Maryland’s business community and our dedicated citizens, more than 130 regulations were identified for reform.
