Electric Companies – Pilot Program for Charging Electric Vehicles (2011), March 11th, 2011

Requires the Public Service Commission to implement a pilot program that permits utilities to offer homeowners and businesses incentives to recharge vehicle during off-peak hours as prescribed by their electric companies.
