Cecil College and Harford Community College, in partnership with Monster.com and Susquehanna Workforce Network, present “Monster Power Seeker” Workshops. Both workshops will be held on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at Harford Community College from 9:00 A.M. until noon in Edgewood Hall, Room E132 and at Cecil College, from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at the Conference Center, Technology Building on the North East Campus.
Admission to both workshops is free. All potential participants must enroll on the Maryland Workforce Exchange, www.MWEJOBS.com, prior to registering for the workshop at www.SWNETWORK.org. Registration for each event is limited to the first 100 people who sign up.

The workshops are geared towards helping possible candidates prepare for the upcoming Defense Technology Intelligence Job Fair to be held on 10 March 2011. Participants will learn how to: prepare competitive resumes, to include using the right keywords, formatting, tools available to them and what pitfalls to avoid; interviewing techniques and preparation and networking tips and strategy development.
