The Enoch Pratt Free Library is one of the oldest free public library systems in the United States. The mission of the Library is to provide equal access to information and services that support, empower, and enrich all who pursue knowledge, education, cultural enrichment, and lifelong learning. |

The Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute (MFRI) of the University of Maryland is the State's comprehensive training and education system for emergency services. The Institute plans, researches, develop, and delivers quality programs to enhance the ability of emergency services providers to protect life, the environment, and property. MFRI is the State's fire and emergency service training agency. MFRI prides itself in its ability to present courses which meet our customer's needs, whether it is accomplished through site specific, mobile training at a customer's facility, or at any one of MFRI's training centers throughout the State of Maryland. The College Park Headquarters training facility and the five Regional Training Centers all have classroom and live fire-training facilities. Each training center has assorted props and equipment necessary to conduct courses that address the needs of the state's emergency responders. |

| OMB's predominant mission is to assist the President in overseeing the preparation of the federal budget and to supervise its administration in Executive Branch agencies. In helping to formulate the President's spending plans, OMB evaluates the effectiveness of agency programs, policies, and procedures, assesses competing funding demands among agencies, and sets funding priorities. OMB ensures that agency reports, rules, testimony, and proposed legislation are consistent with the President's Budget and with Administration policies. |

The Chaney Foundation was founded in 1987 to serve the needs of our surrounding community through charitable donations. Our mission is to provide for a better quality of life for all citizens in the communities where we do business. Ten percent of Chaney Enterprises overall net profit is transferred to The Chaney Foundation to be donated to charitable organizations for the purpose of improving the health, education, environment and welfare of our neighbors and their children. Additionally, funds are provided by local businesses and through our customer base. Funds are also donated by Chaney employees and are matched 100% by the company to be given to their charity of choice. |
