ANNAPOLIS, MD (October 31, 2007) – Governor O’Malley and Lieutenant Governor Brown, today joined University System of Maryland Chancellor William E. “Britt” Kirwan, Maryland Higher Education Secretary James E. Lyons, Maryland Association of Community Colleges representative Clay Withlow, Maryland Independent Colleges and Universities Chair Dr. Sanford Ungar and students for a rally in support of the Governor’s proposed budget solution.
